Finite‐Frequency Tomography of the Upper Mantle Beneath the Proterozoic Capricorn Orogen in the Central West Australian Craton

open access: yesJournal of Geophysical Research: Solid Earth, Volume 130, Issue 12, December 2025.
Abstract The Capricorn Orogen, central to the West Australian Craton (WAC) and flanked by the Pilbara Craton to the north and the Yilgarn Craton to the south, records complex tectonic processes spanning from the Archean to the Neoproterozoic, including two major Paleoproterozoic collisions—the 2,215–2,145 Ma Ophthalmia Orogeny and the 2,005–1,950 Ma ...

Overview of the MMT 60‐Day GEER Experiment on Geologic Samples at Venus Surface Conditions

open access: yesJournal of Geophysical Research: Planets, Volume 130, Issue 12, December 2025.
Abstract Laboratory experiments on the behavior of rock and mineral samples under Venus conditions can yield a better understanding of gas‐solid chemical weathering on the Venus surface. The Glenn Extreme Environments Rig (GEER) vessel can maintain Venus surface temperature, pressure and a nine‐gas atmosphere for months.

Autogenous Demineralized Dentin Graft With High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid in Ridge Preservation: Pilot Trial

open access: yesClinical Implant Dentistry and Related Research, Volume 27, Issue 6, December 2025.
ABSTRACT Objective The current trial assessed for the first time radiographic and histological alterations, following alveolar ridge preservation (ARP), using autogenous demineralized dentin graft carried in 0.2% high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate (ADDG+HA; test group) versus autogenous demineralized dentin graft (ADDG, control group) alone ...

Sedimentary record of submarine gravity‐flow events in the southern Ryukyu forearc during the last 200 000 years: Archive of mega‐earthquakes and tsunamis

open access: yesSedimentology, Volume 72, Issue 7, Page 2323-2360, December 2025.
ABSTRACT Despite high convergence velocity, the southern Ryukyu subduction has relatively low and sparse instrumental seismicity, in contrast with the Yaeyama Islands, hit by huge tsunamis over the last few thousand years. This study explores the potential of deep marine sediments to record past large earthquakes and tsunamis.

High‐Throughput Photocatalysis for Generating Reliable Datasets Analyzed by Machine Learning

open access: yesChemPhysChem, Volume 26, Issue 23, November 28, 2025.
Photocatalytic materials are typically tested on limited analytes, limiting real‐world relevance. High throughput‐photocatalysis, enabling rapid, modular experimentation across 27 analytes is introduced. Using P25 TiO2, dye removal datasets with machine learning is paired.
