Effects of Concurrent Sulphur‐ and Phosphorus Incorporation in Nickel Cyclam‐based Complexes

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Inorganic Chemistry, Accepted Article.
We investigated the concurrent presence of S, P, and N donor atoms in isocyclam frameworks and their corresponding nickel complexes to get insight into the influence of these different heteroatoms on their structural and electronic properties. Structural elucidation of the complexes revealed both octahedral and square‐planar coordination modes for Ni ...

Sustainable Solid Polymer Electrolytes Based on NaCMC‐PVA Blends for Energy Storage Applications: Electrical and Electrochemical Insights with Application to Electric Double‐Layer Capacitors

open access: yesEnergy Technology, EarlyView.
A novel biopolymer electrolyte using sodium carboxymethyl cellulose/polyvinyl alcohol and NaPF6 enhances ionic conductivity and electrochemical stability for electric double‐layer capacitors. Conductivity peaks at 35 wt% salt before declining due to ion clustering. Structural and electrochemical analyses confirm promising device performance.

Clinical periodontal diagnosis

open access: yesPeriodontology 2000, EarlyView., 2023
Abstract Periodontal diseases include pathological conditions elicited by the presence of bacterial biofilms leading to a host response. In the diagnostic process, clinical signs such as bleeding on probing, development of periodontal pockets and gingival recessions, furcation involvement and presence of radiographic bone loss should be assessed prior ...
