Spatial transcriptomic analysis of the immune landscape following NBUVB treatment of vitiligo skin

Narrow‐band UVB (NBUVB) phototherapy is an effective, non‐invasive treatment for vitiligo vulgaris, but its impact on dermal T cells—the key drivers of disease—remains unclear. Using spatial transcriptomics, this study reveals that NBUVB phototherapy significantly remodels the immune landscape in the skin of Indian vitiligo patients.
