ABSTRACT In some rare instances, patients with 47,XYY syndrome can be short in height, accompanied by hypogonadism without the characteristic tall stature. In cases where there is delayed puberty and unusual growth pattern, a complete endocrine work‐up, including GnRH and hCG stimulation tests, along with chromosome studies, is vital.

Large Undifferentiated Sarcoma of the Liver: A Rare Case Report and Literature Review

ABSTRACT Undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma of the liver (UESL) is a rare pediatric malignancy requiring prompt histopathological diagnosis. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by extended right hepatectomy can achieve complete tumor necrosis with negative margins. A multidisciplinary approach is essential for favorable outcomes in pediatric UESL.
