Amidoxime porous polymers for CO2 capture
CO2 capture from fossil fuel based electricity generation remains costly since new power plants with monoethanol amine (MEA) as the scrubbing agent are under construction. Amidoximes are known to mimic MEA, and porous polymers with amidoximes could offer

Dual‐Ligand Metal‐Organic Frameworks via In Situ Amidoxime Engineering for Selective Ion Separation
Inspired by microbial ion‐trapping mechanisms, a mild and universal strategy is developed to construct highly porous amidoxime‐functionalized MOFs. DFT calculations and molecular force measurements reveal that the dual‐ligand amidoxime configuration significantly strengthens Ga(III) affinity.

Alendronate‐based copolymers for Nd and Ce recovery. ABSTRACT Bisphosphonic acid groups are emerging as promising functionalities for actinide decontamination, due to their high density of chelating sites. However, the chemistry of bisphosphonate (in particular alendronate) materials remains complex and underexplored.
