Light‐Activatable Hyaluronic Acid‐Derivatives Releasing Nitric Oxide and Their Delivery in the Skin
This work explores the development of photoactivatable hyaluronic acid (HA) derivatives functionalized with nitric oxide (NO) photodonors for light‐controlled therapeutic applications. The HA derivatives demonstrate enhanced keratinocyte proliferation and migration, effective NO release, and skin penetration when formulated as microemulsions.

Rational Design of Unsaturated, Thioether Ionizable Lipids for Enhanced In Vivo mRNA Delivery
Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) have rapidly become the delivery system of choice for RNA therapeutics. Here, a rational design approach is taken to improve the effectiveness of LNPs based on an ionizable thioether lipid library. The incorporation of unsaturated tails and bulkier, hydrophobic head groups significantly enhances their functionality and ...

Multi-solitons of one-dimensional Boussinesq equation [PDF]
The existence of multi-speed solitary waves for the one-dimensional good Boussinesq equation with a power nonlinearity is proven. These solutions are shown to behave at large times as a pair of scalar solitary waves traveling at different speeds. Both subcritical and supercritical cases are treated.

Biophysical Features of Bacillithiol, the Glutathione Surrogate of Bacillus subtilis and other Firmicutes [PDF]
Bacillithiol (BSH) is the major low-molecular-weight (LMW) thiol in many low-G+C Gram-positive bacteria (Firmicutes). Evidence now emerging suggests that BSH functions as an important LMW thiol in redox regulation and xenobiotic detoxification, analogous
