Triorganotin(IV) benzoates and aminobenzoates

Journal of Organometallic Chemistry, 1987
Abstract Complexes of the general formula R 3 SnX, where X is the anion of benzoic acid, o- , m -, p -amino- or N -phenyl- o -amino-benzoic acid, have been prepared and characterised. A combination of molecular weight, infrared, 1 H NMR and 119 Sn Mossbauer measurements show that, the amino-nitrogen atoms are not coordinated to tin.

Solution thermodynamics of alkyl p-aminobenzoates.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, 1976
Equilibrium solubilities of the first four homologous alkyl p-aminobenzoate esters were determined in methanol, ethanol, and 1-propanol at 25, 33, and 40 degrees; the esters and the alcohols comprise separate homologous series.

Ruthenium(II)-catalyzed decarbonylative and decarboxylative coupling of isatoic anhydrides with salicylaldehydes: access to aryl 2-aminobenzoates.

Organic and biomolecular chemistry, 2021
A ruthenium(ii)-catalyzed coupling reaction of isatoic anhydrides and salicylaldehydes has been developed for the synthesis of 2-aminobenzoates. This reaction proceeds through metal-catalyzed decarbonylation and decarboxylation to afford good yields of ...

Palladium/copper-catalyzed aerobic oxidative C-H carbonylation for the synthesis of o-aminobenzoates.

Organic Letters, 2015
The palladium/copper-catalyzed aerobic oxidative C-H carbonylation for the synthesis of o-aminobenzoates is described. Molecular oxygen is used as the terminal oxidant.

Palladium-catalyzed oxidative carbonylation of aromatic C-H bonds of N-alkylanilines with CO and alcohols for the synthesis of o-aminobenzoates.

Journal of Organic Chemistry, 2015
A Pd(II)-catalyzed C-H monocarbonylation of N-alkylanilines for the synthesis of o-aminobenzoates has been developed. Various aliphatic alcohols and phenol were tolerated in the reaction to afford the corresponding o-aminobenzoates in good yields under ...
