A comparison between Joint Regression Analysis and the Additive Main and Multiplicative Interaction model: the robustness with increasing amounts of missing data

open access: yesScientia Agricola, 2011
This paper joins the main properties of joint regression analysis (JRA), a model based on the Finlay-Wilkinson regression to analyse multi-environment trials, and of the additive main effects and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) model.

Novel parameter estimation schemes in microsystems [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
This paper presents two novel estimation methods that are designed to enhance our ability of observing, positioning, and physically transforming the objects and/or biological structures in micromanipulation tasks.

Trachyspermum ammi aromatic water: A traditional drink with considerable anti-Candida activity [PDF]

open access: yesCurrent Medical Mycology, 2020
Background and Purpose: Aromatic waters (AWs) are therapeutic distillates, which harbor both essential oil and water-soluble components of a plant. Due to the dispersion of the light amount of essence through the AWs, they have their specific pleasant ...

Ammi Pada Data Cacahan: Model Log-Bilinear [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
AMMI (Additive Main Effect Multiplicative Interaction) model for interactions in two-way table provide the major mean for studying stability and adaptability through genotype × environment interaction (GEI), which modeled by full interaction model ...

GxE evaluation of salinity tolerant barley genotypes by AMMI model

open access: yesAgricultural Science Digest - A Research Journal, 2016
The highly significant variances due to interaction, environments and genotypes were observed by AMMI analysis of salinity tolerant barley genotypes under multi location trials. The genotypes G6 and G13 with negative IPCA1 values showed positive IPCA2, IPCA3, IPCA4 values. Genotype G1 showed lowest value of D with smallest negative IPCA1 score (-0.013).

Breeding for multi‐stress resilience in crops: Myth or possibility?

open access: yesPLANTS, PEOPLE, PLANET, EarlyView.
Climate change threatens millions of farmers worldwide by exposing crops to multiple concurrent or sequential environmental stresses such as drought, heat, waterlogging, and diseases. Although crops have long been selected under naturally occurring multi‐stress conditions, breeding pipelines largely focus on optimal or single‐stress environments ...

Harnessing Natural Compounds in Psoriasis: Targeting Cellular Pathways for Effective Therapy

open access: yesPhytotherapy Research, EarlyView.
Natural compounds act on key cellular pathways in psoriasis by suppressing keratinocyte hyperproliferation, modulating Th17/IL‐17‐mediated immune responses, and reducing oxidative stress. These multi‐target effects highlight their potential as safer adjunctive therapies alongside conventional treatments.

Noether's Theorem for Control Problems on Time Scales [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
We prove a generalization of Noether's theorem for optimal control problems defined on time scales. Particularly, our results can be used for discrete-time, quantum, and continuous-time optimal control problems.

Stability and adaptability of elite upland rice lines using Bayesian-AMMI model

open access: yesAustralian Journal of Crop Science, 2021
Rice is one of the world’s most important crops. The search for genotypes that are more productive and have wide adaptation to different environments is paramount. One of the major breeder’s obstacles faced is identification of superior strains is the presence of Genotype × Environment Interaction (GEI), which motivated the development of countless ...
