Potential‐Driven Dynamic Spring‐Effect of Pd─Cu Dual‐Atoms Empowered Stability and Activity for Electrocatalytic Reduction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The dynamic “spring‐like” behavior of Pd─Cu dual atoms with PdN3─CuN3 coordination structure can be stretched and recovered with potential variation, which remarkably elevates the structural stability and catalytic activity of Cu atoms for electrocatalytic reduction reactions in strong‐acid electrolytes. The modulated electron‐orbit coupling effect and

Upcycling of Waste Fluororubber to Photocurable High‐Performance Vinyl‐Terminated Liquid Fluororubber by Multifield Coupling One‐Pot Stepwise Reactions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Herein, waste fluororubbers undergo controlled oxidative degradation induced by alkali and hydrogen peroxide to yield carboxyl terminated liquid fluororubbers. Subsequently, condensation reaction system efficiently converts carboxyl groups into photoreactive vinyl groups.

HDAC6 and USP9X Control Glutamine Metabolism by Stabilizing GS to Promote Glioblastoma Tumorigenesis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Glioblastoma (GBM) growth relies on glutamine synthetase (GS), which is stabilized by histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) and deubiquitinated by ubiquitin‐specific peptidase 9, X‐linked (USP9X). HDAC6 promotes GS deacetylation, while USP9X removes its K48‐linked polyubiquitination, enhancing GS stability.

Activity‐Selectivity Trends in Electrochemical Urea Synthesis: Co‐Reduction of CO2 and Nitrates Over Single‐Site Catalysts

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this work, a series of single‐site metal phthalocyanine catalysts (MPcs (M = Zn, Co, Ni, Cu, and Fe)) are screened to learn their activity‐selectivity relationship in the co‐reduction reaction of CO2 and nitrates toward urea formation, which can be significantly promoted by enhanced adsorption of *HOOCNO, reduced adsorptions of *N and *COOH, and ...

The Molecular Basis of Amino Acids Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Amino acids are essential as protein building blocks and signaling molecules, enabling metabolic regulation. Cells sense amino acid levels to control protein synthesis, maintain homeostasis, and adapt to nutritional changes. This review explores recent advances in amino acid sensing mechanisms across organisms, highlighting their roles in cellular ...
