Laserschweißen amorpher Metalle

1992

Loss and Thermal Analysis of a High-Speed Surface-Mounted PMSM With Amorphous Metal Stator Core and Titanium Alloy Rotor Sleeve

IEEE transactions on magnetics, 2019
This paper investigates the no-load iron loss, on-load loss, and thermal performance of a high-speed surface-mounted permanent-magnet synchronous machine with an amorphous metal stator core (AMSC) and a titanium alloy retaining sleeve by numerical ...

Amorphization Mechanism of Icosahedral Metal Nanoclusters

Physical Review Letters, 2004
The amorphization mechanism of icosahedral Pt nanoclusters is investigated by a combination of molecular dynamics simulations and density functional calculations. A general mechanism for amorphization, involving rosettelike structural transformations at fivefold vertices, is proposed.

Spinel‐Type Metal Oxides with Tailored Amorphous/Crystalline Heterointerfaces for Enhanced Electrocatalytic Water Splitting

Advanced Functional Materials
Metal oxides with spinel structure have garnered increasing attention as promising alternatives to noble metal‐based electrocatalysts. However, these electrocatalysts often fail to simultaneously exhibit high activity and stability for both hydrogen ...

Magnetism of amorphous metal-metal alloys

Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, 1983
Abstract We review available experimental data on the magnetism of amorphous alloys of iron and cobalt with early transition metals E = La, Y, Hf, Zr, Ti, Ta, Nb V, W and Mo. Then we present parameter-free, self-consistent band calculations for related ordered compounds which elucidate the mechanism of moment formation and magnetic weakness.

Cationic Amorphous Metal–Organic Cage-Based Materials for the Removal of Oxo-Anions from Water

ACS Applied Nano Materials, 2019
Oxo-anion pollutants pose a serious threat to natural water systems. It is highly necessary to develop cationic porous materials capable of removing oxo-anion from sewage.

Magnetomechanical Properties of Amorphous Metals

physica status solidi (a), 1982
Amorphous metals have magnetomechanical properties superior to those of crystalline magnetostrictive materials, and are therefore being considered for a variety of transducer and sensor applications. A simplified model is presented of magnetomechanical coupling in amorphous metal ribbons, showing the relation between magnetomechanical behavior and ...

Crystallization of amorphous metals

Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research, 1982
Abstract An important factor for the application of amorphous metals is their crystallization temperature. This can be enhanced by addition of transition metals in Fe80B20. Other properties e.g. zero magnetostriction, can then be achieved by alloying. In this paper we investigate the crystallization mechanism, the phases produced and the influence of

Solution‐Processed Rad‐Hard Amorphous Metal‐Oxide Thin‐Film Transistors

Advanced Functional Materials, 2018
The effect of 5 MeV high‐energy proton irradiation on solution‐processed metal‐oxide thin‐film transistors (TFTs) is investigated. The electrical characteristics of the devices are measured before and after proton irradiation with radiation doses of 1013,
