Memoryless relay strategies for two-way relay channels [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
We propose relaying strategies for uncoded two-way relay channels, where two terminals transmit simultaneously to each other with the help of a relay. In particular, we consider a memoryless system, where the signal transmitted by the relay is obtained ...

Signatures of Edge States in Antiferromagnetic Van der Waals Josephson Junctions

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The combination of superconductivity and magnetic textures leads to unconventional superconducting phenomena, including new correlated and topological phases. Van der Waals (vdW) materials emerge as a versatile platform for exploring the interplay between these two competing orders.

Large‐Area 2D Metasurface‐Based Triboelectric E‐Skin Arrays: Contact & Proximity Tactile Mapping with Broadband Acoustic Readouts

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Metasurface‐engineered NC‐TENG arrays integrate tactile pressure mapping, non‐contact gesture sensing, and acoustic signal readouts in one ultrathin module, and outperforms pristine PDMS in terms of electrical output and real‐time spatial mapping for next‐gen wearables.

Performance analysis of packet cooperative relaying system and the effect of packet length on performance

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2012
The packet error rate(PER)of the packet cooperative relay system for both(amplify-and-forward)and DF(decode-and-forward)schemes in the high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)region was analyzed, and the effect of packet length on PER performance was studied. It is

Towards the Optimal Amplify-and-Forward Cooperative Diversity Scheme

open access: yes, 2006
In a slow fading channel, how to find a cooperative diversity scheme that achieves the transmit diversity bound is still an open problem. In fact, all previously proposed amplify-and-forward (AF) and decode-and-forward (DF) schemes do not improve with ...

Cholesterol‐DNA Origami Nanostructures for Synthetic Lipid Rafts Induce Early T Cell Activation Signals

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Here, we present a nanotechnology approach to construct synthetic lipid rafts on the live T cell membrane, leveraging a versatile DNA origami‐enabled platform named as the “cholesterol nano‐patch” (CNP). Our investigation highlights the effectiveness of DNA nanotechnology in exploring the impact of nanoscale arrangement of cholesterols on the ...

Untethered Magnetic Microswimmers for Targeted Particle Transport and Flow Manipulation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
This work introduces magnetically actuated microswimmers to dynamically reconfigure fluid flow within a single microfluidic device. Multiple homogeneous microswimmers are independently controlled by an external magnetic field to perform translational and rotational motions, thereby inducing real‐time flow manipulation.
