Supergravity scattering amplitudes
Supergravity theories with non-minimal Kähler potentials are characterized by a non-trivial field space manifold with corresponding non-trivial kinetic terms. The scattering amplitudes in these theories can be calculated at fixed background field values by making a field redefinition to Riemann normal coordinates.

Identification of novel small molecule inhibitors of ETS transcription factors
ETS transcription factors play an essential role in tumourigenesis and are indispensable for sprouting angiogenesis, a hallmark of cancer, which fuels tumour expansion and dissemination. Thus, targeting ETS transcription factor function could represent an effective, multifaceted strategy to block tumour growth. The evolutionarily conserved E‐Twenty‐Six

Period-Amplitude Co-variation in Biomolecular Oscillators [PDF]
The period and amplitude of biomolecular oscillators are functionally important properties in multiple contexts. For a biomolecular oscillator, the overall constraints in how tuning of amplitude affects period, and vice versa, are generally unclear. Here we investigate this co-variation of the period and amplitude in mathematical models of biomolecular

Geometry in scattering amplitudes
We formulate the field-space geometry for an effective field theory of scalars and gauge bosons. Geometric invariants such as the field-space curvature enter in both scattering amplitudes and the renormalization group equations, with the scalar and gauge results unified in a single expression.

Combining melting curve analysis enhances the multiplexing capability of digital PCR. Here, we developed a 14‐plex assay to simultaneously measure single nucleotide mutations and amplifications of KRAS and GNAS, which are common driver genes in pancreatic cancer precursors. This assay accurately quantified variant allele frequencies in clinical samples

To find out the quality of concrete, we need to test the concrete. Which is non destructive test or testing without damaging the test object, namely with an UPV (Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity). In this study using 4 variations of coarse aggregate composition

Vascular response to the microcirculation in the fingertip by local vibration with varied amplitude
Objectives: We investigated the effect of local vibration intensity on the vascular response to the microcirculation of the finger.Materials and methods: We performed hand-transmitted vibration experiments combined with laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) to ...
