Piecewise Volterra modelling of the Duffing oscillator in the frequency domain [PDF]
When analysing the nonlinear Duffing oscillator, the weak nonlinearity is basically dependent on the amplitude range of the input excitation. The nonlinear differential equation models of such nonlinear oscillators, which can be transformed into the ...

For the first time, a highly sensitive electrochemical biosensor based on SiO2‐based hairy particles with a grafted PDMAEMA polymer brush containing a quantifiable and large amount of immobilized Laccase is reported. The fabricated biosensor exhibits a sensitivity of 0.14 A·m⁻¹, a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.1 µm, and a detection range of 0.3–750 µm,

Bifurcations and exact solutions of generalized nonlinear Schrödinger equation
To find the exact explicit solutions of the generalized nonlinear Schrödinger equation, we first give the corresponding differential system for the amplitude component, which constitutes a planar dynamical system featuring a singular straight line.

Zinc(II) coordination complexes with tunable aryloxy‐imine ligands exhibit controllable supramolecular self‐assembly into hierarchical fibrous structures. Coordination‐driven stacking, not π–π interactions, enables gelation, dynamic assembly/disassembly, and enhanced nanomechanical properties.

Multiple periodic solutions to a suspension bridge O.D.E.
We present an ordinary differential equation which models the torsional motion of a horizontal cross section of a suspension bridge. We use Leray-Schauder degree theory to prove that the undamped equation has multiple periodic weak solutions.

The dielectric properties of clays are studied on the level of individual monolayers and functional double stacks. The material breakdown characteristics and charge storage performance are analyzed. For illustration, a defined charge pattern representing a cuneiform character is produced, written into a microscopic clay tile, referencing the origins of

Linear Damped Oscillations Underlying the Fractional Jeffreys Equation
In this study, we consider a fractional-order extension of the Jeffreys equation (also known as the dual-phase-lag equation) by introducing the Reimann–Liouville fractional integral, of order ...

This study demonstrates that pulsed potential electrolysis significantly improves CO2 reduction performance on copper‐nitrogen doped carbon electrodes. The formation of cationic copper sites and metallic clusters as a function of applied intermittent potential leads to notable selectivity changes compared to potentiostatic reduction.

In wave-equation migration and demigration, the cross-correlation imaging/forwarding step implicitly injects an additional copy of the source wavelet, so that the amplitude spectrum of the wavelet is applied redundantly (effectively imposing a wavelet ...
