A Dual Approach Combining Metal‐Organic Frameworks and Commercial Solid‐Phase Microextraction Coatings for Monitoring Volatiles in Passion Fruit

A CIM‐80(Al) metal‐organic framework coating is proposed for the untargeted analysis of passion fruit juices using either headspace or direct immersion solid‐phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry. The CIM‐80(Al)‐coated fiber enabled the annotation of 14 unique compounds not detected with commercial fibers.
