FİFA 11+ programının adölesan erkek futbolcularda anaerobik performans ve EMG cevaplarına etkisi
2022Bu çalışmanın amacı, FIFA 11+ programının adölesan erkek futbolcularda anaerobik performans ve EMG cevapları üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Çalışmaya 30 adölesan erkek futbolcu ile başlanmış, 2 katılımcının çekilmesiyle 28 katılımcıya uygulanmıştır (Yaş:11,64 ± 1,06 yıl, vücut ağırlığı:42,47 ± 9,27 kg, boy uzunluğu:153,31 ± 11,39 cm).

Ragbi; el ile verilen pasın her zaman geriye atılmasının zorunlu olduğu, temasa dayalı bir takım sporudur. Ragbinin farklı oyun disiplinleri bulunur ancak ilk akla gelen Union (15’ li) ragbidir. Her takımda bulunan 15 kişi, oval biçimdeki ragbi topunu el ve ayakla paslaşıp rakip kale çizgisine taşıyarak sayı yapmaya çalışır buna try adı verilir.
