Abstract Fetal heart rate surveillance is a standard component of intrapartum care. The fetal heart rate can be evaluated using intermittent auscultation or electronic fetal monitoring. The endoscopic‐assisted peri‐root anesthesia technique demonstrates superior intraoperative analgesic efficacy and a better safety profile compared to conventional epidural anesthesia in Delta large‐channel interlaminar endoscopic discectomy. Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion Modulates Inflammatory Factors and Pain Mediators in Cervical Disc Herniation With Neurogenic Pain
