Clinical Reasoning‐Led Physiotherapy Intervention for Biceps Tendinopathy: A Case Report

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 3, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Long head of biceps tendinopathy (LHBT) is a common source of anterior shoulder pain, often misdiagnosed due to overlapping symptoms with other shoulder disorders. Successful Treatment of Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma Complicated by Myelodysplastic Syndrome Using Combined ALA‐PDT and Narrow‐Margin Excision: A Case Report

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 3, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) is the second most common type of non‐melanoma skin cancer. When the cSCC patient is complicated by myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), treatment becomes particularly challenging due to immunosuppression, bleeding risk, and poor tolerance to conventional therapies.

Rational Design and Functional Optimization of Surface‐Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy Substrates: From Material Engineering to Bioanalysis

open access: yesChemistryEurope, Volume 4, Issue 3, March 2026.
This review presents a rational design framework for high‐performance surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) substrates enabling ultrasensitive detection. It first elucidates the dual enhancement mechanisms, namely the dominant electromagnetic enhancement arising from localized surface plasmon resonances and the complementary chemical enhancement ...

A Freshwater Pearl Mussel Polysaccharide Alleviates Inflammatory Pain by Targeting Peripheral Cytokines and Spinal Astroglial NLRP3/GFAP Responses

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 3, March 2026.
Mussel polysaccharide (MP), a novel food resource from pearl mussels, alleviates inflammatory pain in rats in a dose‐dependent manner. It acts by dually inhibiting peripheral inflammation (reducing paw swelling and pro‐inflammatory cytokines) and spinal neuroinflammation via the NLRP3 and astrocyte pathway.
