ABSTRACT This study investigates the impact of green bonds on environmental sustainability for a panel of 15 countries from 2014 to 2024, using the load capacity factor (LCF) as the main proxy for environmental quality, with biocapacity, ecological footprint, and CO2 emissions per capita used as additional environmental indicators.

Performance Evaluation of the VISITECT CD4 Lateral Flow Point‐Of‐Care Assay for Identifying Advanced HIV Disease

The VISITECT CD4 lateral flow assay (LFA) was evaluated for identifying advanced HIV disease (CD4 ≤ 200 cells/μL) during routine programmatic implementation in Argentina. The assay showed 100% sensitivity, while specificity improved after observer training, reflecting reduced reader‐dependent variability.
