Optical Heterodyne Millimeter-Wave Analog Radio-over-Fiber with Photonic Integrated Tunable Lasers
Optical Fiber Communication Conference (OFC) 2019, 2019Analog radio-over-fiber links enforce strict laser requirements for optical heterodyne systems. Experimental results show the successful implementation of two free-running, uncorrected micro-ring resonator based tunable lasers in a 60GHz A-RoF heterodyne system over 25km.

Complexity-reduced analog predistortion using schottky diode for radio-over-fiber systems
2014 12th International Conference on Optical Internet 2014 (COIN), 2014In this paper, we propose a novel and simple predistortion method using schottky diode to compensate the nonlinear characteristics of the DFB-LD for RoF systems.
