This study explores the feasibility of expressing the antitumoral protein Amblyomin‐X through a suicide gene therapy approach and investigates its intracellular fate after gene delivery. Although the gene is efficiently expressed, melanoma cells rapidly degrade the Amblyomin‐X protein via proteasome activity.

Analytic Continuation by Feature Learning
Analytic continuation aims to reconstruct real-time spectral functions from imaginary-time Green\u27s functions; however, this process is notoriously ill-posed and challenging to solve.

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

[Introduction to] Generalized Analytic Continuation
The theory of generalized analytic continuation studies continuations of meromorphic functions in situations where traditional theory says there is a natural boundary.

Analytic Continuation and Applications of Eigenvalues of Daubechies' Localization Operator
In this paper we introduce generating functions of eigenvalues of Daubechies' localization operator, study their analytic properties and give analytic continuation of these eigenvalues.

Gravitational bound waveforms from amplitudes
With the aim of computing bound waveforms from scattering amplitudes, we explore gravitational two-body dynamics using the Schwinger-Dyson equations and Bethe-Salpeter recursion.

Bioscience students were asked for their opinions on the value and teaching of skills. 204 responded that teamwork, time management and study skills are necessary to reach University, that scientific writing, research, laboratory and presentation skills are taught effectively during their studies, while other skills are gained inherently through study ...

Unique continuation for operatorswith partially analytic coefficients
A general unique continuation result for partial differential operators with partially analytic coefficients was obtained in Tataru (1995); however, certain technical assumptions were used there. A part of these assumptions were elliminated independently

A novel signature integrating genome‐wide analysis with clinical factors predicts recurrence in stage II colorectal cancer and enables a new risk stratification to guide postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Clinical risk stratification for postoperative recurrence in patients with pathological stage II (pStage II) colorectal cancer (CRC) is essential ...

Derivation and characterization of retinal pigment epithelium from urine‐derived iPSCs
Age‐related macular degeneration causes vision loss via RPE dysfunction and loss. Traditional iPSC therapies rely on invasive biopsies, limiting scalability. Here, we utilize urine‐derived stem cells as an accessible source to generate u‐iPSCs, successfully differentiated into pigmented RPE. This “Urine‐to‐Retina” platform provides a promising path for
