Analyticity and propagation of plurisubharmonic singularities [PDF]

open access: yesFunctional Analysis and Complex Analysis. Contemporary Mathematics, Vol. 481, 137-143. AMS, 2009., 2008
A variant of Siu's analyticity theorem is proved for relative types of plurisubharmonic functions. Some results on propagation of plurisubharmonic singularities and maximality of pluricomplex Green functions with analytic singularities are derived.

Interaction vesicles as emerging mediators of host‐pathogen molecular crosstalk and their implications for infection dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Interaction extracellular vesicles (iEVs) are hybrid vesicles formed through host‐pathogen communication. They facilitate immune evasion, transfer pathogens' molecules, increase host cell uptake, and enhance virulence. This Perspective article illustrates the multifunctional roles of iEVs and highlights their emerging relevance in infection dynamics ...

Lipschitz contact equivalence and real analytic functions [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2018
We study the properties of the a complete invariant of the analytic function of two variables with respect to the Lipschitz contact equivalence. This invariant is called pizza. We prove that the pizza of real analytic functions has some continuity properties.

STAT3 expression is reduced in cardiac pericytes in HFpEF and its loss reduces cellular adhesion and induces pericyte senescence

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) accounts for half of the heart failure cases. It is characterised by microvascular dysfunction, associated with reduced pericyte coverage and diminished STAT3 expression in pericytes. Loss of STAT3 impairs pericyte adhesion, promotes senescence, and activates a pro‐fibrotic gene program.

On Local Behavior of Analytic Functions [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 1999
We prove local inequalities for analytic functions defined on a convex body in $\Re^{n}$ which generalize well-known classical inequalities for polynomials.

Closure and Connected Component of a Planar Global Semianalytic Set Defined by Analytic Functions Definable in O-minimal Structure [PDF]

open access: yesArchiv der Mathematik, vol.109 (2017), pp.529-538, 2020
We consider a global semianalytic set defined by real analytic functions definable in an o-minimal structure. When the o-minimal structure is polynomially bounded, we show that the closure of this set is a global semianalytic set defined by definable real analytic functions. We also demonstrate that a connected component of a planar global semianalytic

Ion channel function of polycystin‐2/polycystin‐1 heteromer revealed by structure‐guided mutagenesis

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Mutations in polycystin‐1 (PC1) or polycystin‐2 (PC2) cause autosomal‐dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). We generated a novel gain‐of‐function PC2/PC1 heteromeric ion channel by mutating pore‐blocking residues. Moreover, we demonstrated that PC2 will preferentially assemble with PC1 to form heteromeric complexes when PC1 is co‐expressed ...

Differential inequalities for meromorphic p-valent functions associated with generalized integral operator

open access: yesLe Matematiche, 2013
In this paper the author introduced a new generalized integral operator for meromorphic p-valent functions in U*={z:z in C and 0<|z|<1. The object of this paper is to give an application of this operator to the differential inequalities.
