From omics to AI—mapping the pathogenic pathways in type 2 diabetes
Integrating multi‐omics data with AI‐based modelling (unsupervised and supervised machine learning) identify optimal patient clusters, informing AI‐driven accurate risk stratification. Digital twins simulate individual trajectories in real time, guiding precision medicine by matching patients to targeted therapies.

The anabolic steroid stanozolol is a potent inhibitor of human MutT homolog 1
MutT homolog 1 (MTH1) is a member of the NUDIX superfamily of enzymes and is an anticancer drug target. We show that stanozolol (Stz), an anabolic steroid, is an unexpected nanomolar inhibitor of MTH1. The X‐ray crystal structure of the human MTH1–Stz complex reveals a unique binding scaffold that could be utilized for future inhibitor development ...

Subordination Properties for Certain Analytic Functions
The purpose of the present paper is to derive a subordination result for functions in the class 𝐻∗𝑛(𝛼,𝜆,𝑏) of normalized analytic functions in the open unit disk 𝕌. A number of interesting applications of the subordination result are also considered.

Let $Ω$ be a connected bounded domain on the complex plane, $S$ be its boundary, which is closed, star-shaped, $C^1$-smooth, and $H(Ω)$ is the set of analytic (holomorphic) in $Ω$ functions. The aim of this paper is to prove that an arbitrary $f\in L^1(S)$, satisfying the condition $\int_Sf(s)ds=0$, can be boundary value of an $f\in H(Ω)$.

Tuberculosis remains a global health challenge and new therapeutic targets are required. Here, we characterized SseA, a sulfurtransferase from Mycobacterium tuberculosis involved in macrophage infection, and its interaction with the newly identified protein SufEMtb that activates SseA enzymatic activity.

Neighborhoods of Certain Multivalently Analytic Functions
We introduce and investigate two new general subclasses of multivalently analytic functions of complex order by making use of the familiar convolution structure of analytic functions.
