Geometry of analytic continuation on complex manifolds – history, survey, and report

open access: yesComplex Manifolds
Beginning with the state of art around 1953, solutions of the Levi problem on complex manifolds will be recalled at first up to Takayama’s result in 1998.

A Knowledge‐Based Approach for Understanding and Managing Additive Manufacturing Data

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Additive manufacturing processes generate a large amount of data. Effectively managing, understanding, and retrieving information from this data remains a major challenge. Therefore, we propose an ontology‐based approach to integrate heterogeneous data, enable semantic queries, and support decision‐making.

APPLICATION OF BIONIC FORMS AND APPROACHES OF ANALYTICAL GEOMETRY TO MODERN ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

open access: yesStructural Mechanics of Engineering Constructions and Buildings, 2015
The article deals with modern architectural designs, which are based on some kind of bi- onic forms, The shape of these buildings have been studied from the point of view of analytic geometry.

Performance Analysis of Abradable Coating Systems for Aircraft Gas Turbines

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Three CoNiCrAlY/YSZ/MgAl2O4 abradable liner configurations on a nickel‐superalloy are evaluated by thermal‐gradient cycling and incursion tests. Laser ablation of the bondcoat and/or Y2O3‐stabilized ZrO2 (YSZ) intermediate layer increases mechanical interlocking and bonding for thick topcoats.

Self-gravitating strings and quantum effects in two-dimensional gravity

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
It is expected that when the string coupling is taken to be sufficiently small, a black hole turns into a bound state of self-gravitating fundamental strings.

Solid‐State Diffusion and Intermetallic Phase Formation in Roll‐Bonded Mg–Zn Composites With Kirigami‐Patterned Inlay

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Mg–Zn composites with a thickness of 0.21 mm were fabricated using roll bonding of a kirigami‐patterned Mg alloy inlay within a Zn matrix. Thermal activation following this process led to the formation of tailored intermetallic structures, which provided the composite with enhanced flexural strength.

一种2PUU+2PUS并联机构的位置与工作空间分析

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2011
A 2-PUU+2PUS parallel manipulator is investigated. Its positional inverse solution expressions are obtained by using the theory of coordinates conversion in analytic geometry, and the solving method of the forward solution of the manipulator are given and ...

A Simplified Laminar Flow Model for the Pultrusion of Glass Fiber/Polyethylene Terephthalate Commingled Yarns

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A simplified thermoplastic pultrusion model is developed to predict thermal fields in glass fiber/polyethylene terephthalate (GF/PET) composites with reduced computational cost. By combining effective material homogenization, validation against literature data, and Gaussian‐process‐based optimization, the study reveals how heating limits, pulling speed,

Rafting of Ni‐Based Superalloys Under Multiaxial Load as Understood by Phase‐Field Simulations and Critical Experiments

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Phase‐field simulations coupled with dislocation‐density‐based crystal plasticity modeling reproduce γ′ rafting behavior in single‐crystal Ni‐based superalloys under varied loading conditions. The model captures both macroscopic creep and microscopic morphology evolution, with results matching high‐temperature creep experiments.

Stacks in derived bornological geometry

open access: yes
In this thesis, we describe a higher categorical framework for discussing derived analytic and derived smooth geometry. Analogous to the Toën and Vezzosi model of derived algebraic geometry which uses simplicial commutative rings as its building blocks ...
