In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

Strictly analytic functions on p-adic analytic open sets [PDF]
Let K be an algebraically closed complete ultrametric field. M. Krasner and P. Robba defined theories of analytic functions in K, but when K is not spherically complete both theories have the disadvantage of containing functions that may not be expanded in Taylor series in some disks.

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).

Interval sets in applied geometry
Geometric modeling of interval sets of multidimensional space is considered. The interval set is determined as a set of k-planes of uncertain interval parameters.

A novel complex intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method and its application to electric vehicle selection problem [PDF]
Multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods often involve uncertainty and subjective judgment. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been widely used to structure and solve such problems, and its extension with intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IF-AHP ...

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

PICALM::MLLT10 translocated leukemia
This comprehensive review of PICALM::MLLT10 translocated acute leukemia provides an in‐depth review of the structure and function of CALM, AF10, and the fusion oncoprotein (1). The multifaceted molecular mechanisms of oncogenesis, including nucleocytoplasmic shuttling (2), epigenetic modifications (3), and disruption of endocytosis (4), are then ...
