Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.

Providing a decision model for determining evaluation purpose, the most important factor and selecting strategic supplier in supply chain by paralytic network process approach [PDF]
The main purpose of this research is to provide a good insight into the use of analytic network process (ANP) that is a multiple criteria decision-making methodology in evaluating supplier selection problems.

Aging Is a Key Driver for Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a classical age‐related hematologic malignancy, and a key driver of AML is aging, which profoundly regulates intrinsic factors such as genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic dysregulation, and alters bone marrow microenvironment.

Comparative Analysis between Fuzzy and Traditional Analytical Hierarchy Process
Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one of the techniques commonly used for prioritizing different alternatives, by using complex criteria. In real applications, conventional AHP assumes the expert judgment as it is exact and use crisp number leading to ...

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

A Clarification of “Remarks on the Analytic Hierarchy Process” [PDF]
The replies by Saaty (1990) and by Harker and Vargas (1990) to my remarks on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (Dyer 1990) are useful in focusing attention on areas of disagreement regarding the AHP, and provide readers with sufficient information to form their own opinions.
