This systematic review and meta‐analysis of 53 studies and 1354 patients evaluates the outcomes of temporalis muscle transfer in facial nerve paralysis. Our results show that temporalis muscle transfer can restore smile asymmetry, oral commissure movement, and eyelid closure—findings that are translated to clinician‐rated assessments.

Insufficient vascularization remains a major barrier to successful tracheal transplantation. This study demonstrates that an endothelial hydrogel significantly enhances graft perfusion and neovessel organization compared to non‐endothelial hydrogel controls.

Influence of Tracheostomy Level on Surgical Management of Pediatric Airway Stenosis
Tracheostomy location is a critical determinant of surgical complexity and outcomes in pediatric laryngotracheal stenosis. Misplacement may lead to longer tracheal resections, an increased need for stoma relocation, more complex reconstruction, and secondary stenosis. Strategic planning of tracheostomy position can improve surgical outcomes.
