CHARACTRIZATION OF ANASTOMOSIS GROUPS AND EVALUATION OF PATHOGENICTY OF Rhizoctonia solani ISOLATES INVOLVED IN FLAX SEEDLING BLIGHT. [PDF]
orty eight isolates of Rhizoctonia solani were obtained from flax seedlings showed seedling blight. Anastmosis tests revealed that 12 isolates (25%) belonged to AG-2, while 36 isolates (75%) belonged to AG-4.

Variability in the Sensitivity of Rhizoctonia solani Anastomosis Groups to Fungicides [PDF]
AbstractTolclofos‐methyl, iprodione and cyproconazole, among the eleven fungicides tested in vitro, gave consistently strong inhibition against all ten anastomosis groups (AGs) of Rhizoctonia solani. Carboxin, furmecyclox, thiabendazole, fenpropimorph and vinclozolin also inhibited all AGs but with wide variations in toxicity levels (EC90 values ...

Anastomosis groups and molecular variation in Pseudocercospora griseola
The fungus Pseudocercospora griseola is the causal agent of angular leaf spot, a common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) disease. The successful development of angular leaf spot-resistant cultivars depends on understanding the levels of variability in pathogen populations. P.

Anastomosis grouping and phylogenetic analysis of Rhizoctonia isolates on wheat in Türkiye
This study aims to determine the species and evaluate the genetic diversity of the pathogenic and nonpathogenic Rhizoctonia spp. and anastomosis groups (AG) from wheat plants and rhizosphere soils in Turkey. Rhizoctonia species were isolated from plants and rhizosphere soils in wheat fields in 5 provinces in the Central Anatolian Region of Türkiye.
