At the department of surgery, Liberec Hospital, we have, so far, done 5 operations using this new technique. Once left superior lobectomy and 4 left inferior lobectomies were carried out.

2015We began to explore the technique of laparoscopic hepatectomy by curettage and aspiration (LHCA) in August 1998. For the purpose of safe dissection of the liver parenchyma, the laparoscopic Peng’s multifunctional operative dissector (LPMOD) (Cai et al. 2006) was designed.
