Professionalism and Building Systems

Issues in Engineering: Journal of Professional Activities, 1981
Building systems that are designed, produced and marketed by companies are taking over a large share of the low-rise nonresidential market. These companies employ in-house structural engineers to design and research their systems. Work that was once performed by consulting structural engineers on a building-by-building basis is now done by the ...

Bioaerosols and Office Building Ventilation Systems

1987
Becterial and fungal spore samples were collected from twelve office building ventilation systems. Measurements were done both with and without humidification. Ventilation or humidification systems were not found to act as bioaerosol sources in any case.

Chamber Systems and Buildings

2010
Chamber systems over a type set I were defined by J. Tits as a family of partitions of a set of vertices called chambers. An equivalent representation as certain classes of graphs with edges labeled by non-empty subsets of I allows one to describe morphisms, truncations, and residues graph-theoretically.

Manufacturing Systems Building and Developing

Key Engineering Materials, 2015
The paper presents a complex of information aimed at automated production systems structures and simulation. For production systems intergrated structures formation it uses logistic principles for making the internal material flow among various logistic nodes more precise and effective, including respective information flow, here e. g.

Urban Degradation and Building Systems

Journal of the Urban Planning and Development Division, 1973
Burgeoning urban development throughout the world and proliferation of growth problems are now forcing man to hyper-rationalize his existence at the urban, regional, and national levels if he is to survive without continual trauma. A general conceptual framework and mathematical rationale is suggested for obtaining the best solution to urban building ...
