Evaluation of the genetic viability of metapopulation scenarios for the Iberian lynx
Long‐term genetic viability of Iberian lynx metapopulation, defined as a metapopulation effective size over 500 reached within the next 100 years, requires thirteen subpopulations (including eight new ones) with effective sizes from 40 to 150, and migration rates between neighbouring subpopulations around 0.075‐0.1.
