Site‐Selective Fluorination of Bathocuproine Derivatives for Enhanced Performance and Stability in Perovskite Solar Cells

Two fluorinated bathocuproine (BCP) derivatives, BCP‐m2F and BCP‐m4F, are developed beyond the reported BCP and BCP‐m1. Fluorination enables tuning of electronic structure, dipole orientation, and interfacial properties. BCP‐m4F forms uniform, conductive, and water‐repelling films superior to BCP‐m2F.
