Does responsiveness to arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi depend on plant invasive status? [PDF]
After controlling for phylogenetic similarity, we found no evidence that invasive taxa responded differently to mycorrhizas than other taxa. Although it is possible that mycorrhizal responsiveness contributes to invasiveness in particular species, weak mycorrhizal responsiveness may not be a general mechanism of plant invasion.

Availability of lesser prairie‐chicken nesting habitat impairs restoration success
Translocated lesser prairie‐chickens avoid areas on Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands, which were strongholds for these birds in the 1980s and 1990s. Vegetation surveys suggest that these areas no longer provide nesting habitat required for this population to return to historic levels.
