Osimertinib, a third‐generation, central nervous system‐active epidermal growth factor receptor‐tyrosine kinase inhibitor, potently and selectively inhibits epidermal growth factor receptor‐tyrosine kinase inhibitor sensitizing and T790M resistance mutations, with efficacy in epidermal growth factor receptor‐mutated non‐small cell lung cancer.

Beyond Simple Grinding: Methylammonium Chloride Promotes Sustainable, Cylinder‐Free Mechanochemical Synthesis of Deferiprone

Deferiprone is synthesized under solvent‐free mechanochemical conditions using ball milling. Methylammonium chloride and KOH enable efficient substitution of the oxygen atom in the maltol scaffold with a methylamine moiety, avoiding the limitations of methylamine solutions.

Abstract Monitoring subpopulations of CD4+ T cells in blood, especially regulatory CD4+CD25+Foxp3+CD127loT cells, has the potential to identify tolerance to transplants and defects that cause autoimmunity. CD45RA is expressed by naïve/resting CD4+, not by activated cells.

A 30 m long sedimentary succession at the bottom of the Belize Blue Hole represents terrestrial cenote (12.5–7.2 ka BP), restricted marine swamp (7.2–5.7 ka BP) and fully marine lagoonal phases (5.7–0 ka BP) on Lighthouse Reef carbonate platform. Post‐glacial and Holocene sea‐level rise largely controlled the sedimentological, faunal and floral changes
