Equine Veterinary Education, EarlyView.Summary Lymphoma in horses is uncommon and rarely diagnosed as a cause of ataxia. This case report describes a 2‐year‐old Standardbred cryptorchid colt who presented with acute onset of grade 3–4/5 spinal ataxia in all four limbs, with the hindlimbs more severely affected than forelimbs and severe proprioceptive deficits.
