This graphical abstract summarizes that dietary supplementation of pregnant beef cows with unsaturated fatty acids and choline can increase (green) the concentration of metabolites in the uterine luminal fluid and alter the endometrial epithelial transcriptome during the peri‐elongation period (upregulation = green and downregulation = red).
