Coronary aneurysms after Drug eluting stent implantation are rare. We present a patient with a severe marginal coronary artery stenosis, which developed an aneurysm after DES implantation. A covered stent was required, ending in a larger pseudoaneurysm with device infection that was finally surgically treated by stent extraction and coronary bypass.
