血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤（angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma，AITL）是一种以T淋巴细胞异常增生伴高内皮静脉及滤泡树突细胞增生为特征的外周T细胞淋巴瘤亚型，相比于西方国家，我国发病率较高。AITL多与免疫功能异常有关，临床表现复杂，具有独特的病理形态特点，异质性较大，总体预后差。正确认识AITL的疾病本质、临床病理特征和遗传学最新研究进展至关重要。尝试对我国AITL病例进行多中心回顾性研究，对积累AITL临床与病理资料，寻找中国特色的AITL分级与分层管理方案具有重要的探索价值。.
