A hybrid photoprotective material integrates N‐doped TiO2 with a metal‐phenolic network (MPN) to achieve broad‐spectrum attenuation and robust reactive oxygen species (ROS) suppression. Nitrogen doping extends attenuation into the UVA/high energy visible light (HEV) regions and facilitates fast charge recombination to inhibit ROS formation.

Opportunistic Angle of Arrival Estimation in Impaired Scenarios
This work if focused on the analysis and the development of Angle of Arrival (AoA) radio localization methods. The radio positioning system considered is constituted by a radio source and by a receiving array of antennas. The positioning algorithms treated in this work are designed to have a passive and opportunistic approach.

Gate bias is used to cancel Duffing nonlinearity in atomically thin MoS2 drumhead resonators, switching their response from hardening to softening and creating a nearly linear operating point. This electrical control suppresses hysteresis, enables stronger linear drive, and improves signal‐to‐noise ratio, offering a practical route to stable 2D NEMS ...

Estimating the time and angle of arrivals in mobile communications

Effect of Optical Illumination on Bubble Nanodomains
Stable surface‐confined nanoscale bubble domains are created and manipulated in PMN‐PT single crystals. Under above‐bandgap illumination, these bubble nanodomains remain unchanged. However, upon illumination cessation, they rapidly expand to switch the entire crystal surface, due to the accumulation of a large reservoir of electrons at the crystal ...

Electroforming‐free TiN/SiOx/Cu/SiOx/TiN memristive devices exploit pancake‐like Cu nanoparticles embedded in a SiOx double layer to create a heterogeneous Schottky‐barrier landscape. Under bias, oxygen‐vacancy redistribution progressively lowers local barriers and recruits initially inactive Cu‐PC pathways into a parallel conduction ensemble, enabling
