Channel Estimation For Mimo-Ofdm Systems of Joint Angle-of-Departure (AOD) or Angle-of-Arrival (AOA)

open access: yesInternational Journal of Innovative Technology and Exploring Engineering, 2019
Beamforming with gathering mechanical assembly displays has been considered as an engaging advancement in future remote correspondence structures. To coordinate beamforming, one has to know the angle-of-departure (AoD) or angle-of-arrival (AoA). For data disclosure, the beneficiary in like manner has to know station response.

Controlling AoA Estimation Errors in Rician Fading via Measurement Quality Classification

open access: yesIEEE Access
Angle of Arrival (AoA) estimation plays a crucial role in modern positioning systems but is often affected by errors in multipath channels. Existing methods typically lack a direct mechanism to assess the quality of the estimates, while full channel ...

Ryugu reference project: Recommendations from the measurement definition team

open access: yesMeteoritics &Planetary Science, Volume 61, Issue 5, Page 819-848, May 2026.
Abstract Sample return missions play a significant role in planetary science by providing pristine extraterrestrial materials. JAXA's Hayabusa2 and NASA's OSIRIS‐REx missions have returned samples from the C‐type asteroids Ryugu and Bennu, respectively. The chemical and mineralogical compositions of these samples closely resemble those of CI chondrites,

Angle of Arrival Estimation Using Cholesky Decomposition

open access: yesInternational Journal of Antennas and Propagation, 2012
An angle of arrival (AOA) estimator is presented. Many applications require accurate AOA estimates such as wireless positioning and signal enhancement using space-processing techniques. The proposed AOA estimator depends on the Cholesky decomposition of
