Exact solutions and accelerating universe in modified Brans–Dicke theories

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2019
Exact solutions are studied in the context of modified Brans–Dicke theory. The non-linearity of the modified Brans–Dicke field equations is treated with the Euler–Duarte–Moreira method of integrability of anharmonic oscillator equation.

Molecules and the Eigenstate Thermalization Hypothesis

open access: yesEntropy, 2018
We review a theory that predicts the onset of thermalization in a quantum mechanical coupled non-linear oscillator system, which models the vibrational degrees of freedom of a molecule.

The second order phase transition in Sn2P2S6 crystals: anharmonic oscillator model

open access: yesCondensed Matter Physics, 2008
Statistical theory for ferroelectrics based on triple well anharmonic potential was used for the case of structural second order phase transition in Sn2P2S6 crystals.

Universal early-time growth in quantum circuit complexity

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
We show that quantum circuit complexity for the unitary time evolution operator of any time-independent Hamiltonian is bounded by linear growth at early times, independent of any choices of the fundamental gates or cost metric.

Reducing the sign problem with line integrals

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
We present a novel strategy to strongly reduce the severity of the sign problem, using line integrals along paths of changing imaginary action. Highly oscillating regions along these paths cancel out, decreasing their contributions. As a result, sampling

Geometric quantum complexity of bosonic oscillator systems

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
According to the pioneering work of Nielsen and collaborators, the length of the minimal geodesic in a geometric realization of a suitable operator space provides a measure of the quantum complexity of an operation.

Addressing the non-perturbative regime of the quantum anharmonic oscillator by physics-informed neural networks

open access: yesNew Journal of Physics
The use of deep learning in physical sciences has recently boosted the ability of researchers to tackle physical systems where little or no analytical insight is available.
