Oxidative degradation of aniline derived compounds over carbon based materials
The objectives of this work were: the preparation of different forms of carbon materials (AC, ACSA, CX, CXSA and GBCM), assessment of their catalytic efficiency in the CWPO of the azo dye Chromotrope 2R. Initially the materials were characterized by several techniques, afterwards adsorption and reaction runs were done and lastly the samples obtained ...

Pharmaceuticals Made with Hydrogen: A Sustainable and Efficient Approach Using Flow Synthesis
We demonstrate a sustainable strategy for pharmaceutical manufacturing by combining hydrogen, heterogeneous catalysis, and continuous flow synthesis. The development of novel catalysts and their application in a multi‐step synthesis of donepezil enabled a highly productive process with no intermediate purification.

Site‐selective synthesis 4‐suflonylindoles was achieved by a cyclization‐rearrangement strategy by π‐Lewis acidic gold catalysts and the aid of silver cocatalyst. Particularly, the use of 3 equivalents of AgBF4 to SPhosAuCl is crucial for C4‐selective migration of the sulfonyl group.

It's a Gas: Bioconjugation With Vapor‐Phase Reagents
Gaseous reagents are an emerging class of bioconjugation reagents that can offer alternative selectivity paradigms for the construction of precise bioconjugates. A variety of both inert and highly reactive gases have recently been developed for bioconjugation use.

We report an efficient method for late‐stage installation of “clickable” alkyne groups into diverse (hetero)arenes. Using a dual‐ligand palladium catalyst that combines an NASA ligand with an N‐heterocycle, an acrylate unit bearing a terminal alkyne can be introduced via nondirected C─H activation.
