3D Printing of Self‐Healing Polymers by Material Extrusion: A Process‐Centric Review of Setups, Parameters, and Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
This review highlights recent advances in material extrusion 3D printing of self‐healing polymers, focusing on the interplay between material chemistry, rheology, hardware customization, and process optimization. Filament‐ and ink‐based extrusion strategies, multimaterial architectures, and postprocessing approaches are discussed for applications in ...

WorMa: An Undulatory Robot With Center of Mass Regulation via Internal Fluid Redistribution for Amphibious Locomotion

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
WorMa is an amphibious undulatory robot that uses Center of Mass redistribution as the sole terrain adaptation mechanism. This mechanism is based on internal fluid mass redistribution through a pump‐driven latex balloon system that creates three profiles: head‐biased, balanced, and tail‐biased.

Modulation of miR‐23b Wnt/β‐catenin Axis Strengthens Endothelial Barrier Properties

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Early blood‐brain barrier (BBB) disruption contributes to stroke and CNS disease pathology. miR‐23b was identified as a regulator of BBB integrity in brain endothelial cells. Inhibition of miR‐23b enhanced barrier‐associated properties, promoted repair‐related signaling, and reduced BBB leakage in experimental stroke models, supporting further ...

Pre‐Regenerative Endothelial Cells Empowered by Antler Blood Exosomes Orchestrate Peripheral Nerve Repair

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The pre‐regenerative vascular niche (PVN) is essential for nerve repair, yet its endothelial blueprint remains unclear. We identified angiogenic ECs (AECs) as the dominant pre‐regenerative subset and found that antler blood–derived exosomes (AB‐EXO) promote repair via IMP3.

Ethical Precision in Nanoscale Brain Interfacing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
As brain interfaces approach the nanoscale, precision no longer only measures—it knows, predicts, and potentially reshapes the mind. This work argues that traditional ethics fails under such conditions and proposes a shift toward continuous, operation‐based governance using the recovery–discovery framework to track, constrain, and responsibly steer ...
