Photocatalytic Water Splitting on the Lunar Surface: Prospects for In Situ Resource Utilization
Water has been found in craters on the moon nearby locations which are illuminated >80% of the time. Photocatalysis uses energy from sunlight to drive chemical reactions such as water splitting to produce oxygen and hydrogen. It is a scalable technology that requires lighter equipment and utilizes resources available on the moon. ABSTRACT The discovery

Eyes: identity and commemoration in British 18th and 19th century sculpture [PDF]
While staring right at us, the varied representations of eyes in sculpture have largely gone unrecognised. Their consideration is essential, however, for the contemporary viewer's perception of, and identification with, the political and mythology ...

Millifluidic Synthesis of Core–Shell Resonators For Tunable Sonic BandGaps in Acoustic Metamaterials
Millimeter‐scale core–shell acoustic resonators are fabricated by a gravity‐assisted dripping approach and incorporated into epoxy composites at controlled volume fractions. The resulting alumina–core resonator composites show tunable low‐frequency acoustic attenuation, demonstrating a scalable route for integrating locally resonant metamaterial units ...
