The insect‐microbe interplay fulfills a key ecological role involving the degradation of ligninocellulose biomass. This is coordinated by the secretion of different kinds of proteins, of which ligninolytic enzymes, such as laccases (Lacs), are of prime importance.

Effects of dynamic agrivoltaic semitransparency controls on cucumber seedling growth are assessed for this study using a micro‐cell photovoltaic panel. Seedling growth with 9:30–14:30 agrivoltaic shading is comparable to that without shading. The dynamic shading regulates the electrical energy and crop production allocation.

Brain metastases (BM) from lung cancer are aggressive with poor prognosis. This review covers clinical features, diagnosis, early metastasis, and multi‐omics‐elucidated mechanisms, especially the tumor microenvironment of lung cancer with BM. It also discusses preclinical models, signaling pathways, and emerging therapies.

Structural Variations Associated with Adaptation and Coat Color in Qinghai‐Tibetan Plateau Cattle
This study reveals the landscape of structural variants in Qinghai‐Tibetan Plateau cattle through long‐read sequencing. Discoveries include metabolic and oxygen‐regulation gene variants, along with a 2‐Mb KIT‐containing inversion and translocations responsible for cattle gray coat. These findings highlight the significant role of structural variants in

Unlocking the origins and biology of domestic animals using ancient DNA and paleogenomics
Animal domestication has fascinated biologists since Charles Darwin first drew the parallel between evolution via natural selection and human-mediated breeding of livestock and companion animals.

Maladaptation in feral and domesticated animals [PDF]
AbstractSelection regimes and population structures can be powerfully changed by domestication and feralization, and these changes can modulate animal fitness in both captive and natural environments. In this review, we synthesize recent studies of these two processes and consider their impacts on organismal and population fitness.
