Stabilising the Lattice Oxygen Oxidation Mechanism Through Iridium Single Atoms in Chromium‐Doped Cobalt Iron Layered Double Hydroxides

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Iridium single atoms and Cr doping synergistically activate and stabilise the lattice oxygen oxidation mechanism in CoFe layered double hydroxides. Electronic modulation enhances metal–oxygen covalency, suppresses over‐oxidation, and enables durable oxygen evolution, delivering high‐performance anion exchange membrane water electrolysis with ...

Dynamic Cobalt Leaching‐Redeposition Equilibrium in Co9S8/Co‐Ni3S2 Electrocatalysts Boosts Oxygen Evolution Activity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Reconstruction of a Co9S8/Co‐Ni3S2 electrocatalyst stabilizes via a leaching‐redeposition dynamic equilibrium of metal ions. Interestingly, the Co‐ion leaching and redeposition play a crucial role in boosting oxygen evolution performance. This endogenous self‐repair cycle continuously offers active sites, allowing the catalyst to maintain superior OER ...

Selective Modulation of OTUB1 Noncanonical Function via a bioPhosTAC Strategy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work positions the versatile performance of the peptide‐based bioPhosTAC platform for dissecting phosphorylation‐dependent biology and expanding the scope of induced‐proximity technologies. We demonstrated that selective manipulation of a tyrosine phosphorylation site is sufficient to propagate coordinated cellular consequences.

Switching Spike Plasticity Shapes ACE2 Engagement Across SARS‐CoV‐2 Variants

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Conformational plasticity governs SARS‐CoV‐2 spike function and ACE2 recognition. Using high‐speed AFM and single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we analyzed the ancestral spike and nine variants, revealing progressive rigidification from Delta, variable plasticity in Omicron sublineages, and JN.1 compaction.
