ANIONIC POLYMERIZATION OF METHYLPHENYLSPIROBICYCLOSILOXANES
Pure and Applied Chemistry, 1976Abstract The polymerization of spirobicyclosiloxanes containing methyl and phenyl side-chain groups in different ratio: has been investigated. These compounds polymerize in presence of base catalyst to yield polymer networks together with soluble products. The content of cross-linked structures depends upon the relationship between the rates of intra-

ANIONIC POLYMERIZATION OF ISOPRENE
Canadian Journal of Chemistry, 1964The polymerization of isoprene with butyllithium in cyclohexane has been studied. The initiation reaction was found to be complex; plots of conversion of butyllithium against time are sigmoidal. The order with respect to the initiator was found to be between one-half and one.
