Three‐dimensional Antimony Sulfide Based Flat Optics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents the development of a grayscale electron beam lithography (g‐EBL) method for fabricating antimony trisulfide (Sb2S3) nanostructures with customizable 3D profiles. The refractive index of g‐EBL patterned Sb2S3 is determined based on the synergy of genetic algorithm and transfer matrix method.

Light‐Annealed Piezoelectric Films on Flexible Glass

open access: yesSmall Science
The functionalization of thin, flexible glass with piezoelectric oxides is a pathway toward transparent electromechanical devices. The crystallization of lead zirconate titanate thin films on thick, rigid glass is previously demonstrated using flash lamp

Effect of physical aging on the low-frequency vibrational density of states of a glassy polymer

open access: yes, 2003
The effects of the physical aging on the vibrational density of states (VDOS) of a polymeric glass is studied. The VDOS of a poly(methyl methacrylate) glass at low-energy (

PEDOT‐Based Eutectogel Electrode Arrays for Enhanced High‐Resolution Electrogastrography: Fabrication, Stability, and Wearable Performance

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Here, we present a high‐density PEDOT eutectogel electrode array for enhanced body surface gastric mapping. Silver electrodes are blade‐coated onto flexible substrates, followed by electrogelation of PEDOT:PSS and the deposition of a PEDOT:LS eutectogel.

TiO2 paste for DSSC photoanode: preparation and optimization of application method

open access: yesChimica Techno Acta, 2020
We propose a simple method of TiO2 paste preparation from titania powder (Degussa) and organic binders (terpineol, ethyl cellulose) for making a continuous photoactive layer of a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC).

Theory of Quantum Annealing of an Ising Spin Glass

open access: yes, 2002
Probing the lowest energy configuration of a complex system by quantum annealing was recently found to be more effective than its classical, thermal counterpart.

Pore Size Effects of Mesoporous N‐Doped Carbon Nanospheres as Advanced Support Material on the Activity of Molybdenum Sulfide Catalysts for the Hydrogen Evolution Reaction

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
By tuning the pore size of mesoporous N‐doped carbon (MPNC) nanospheres as support material for molybdenum sulfide, the electrochemical activity of the composite material for the hydrogen evolution reaction can be optimized. An ideal MPNC pore size of 60 nm allows a high number of molybdenum sulfide active sites while maintaining efficient proton and ...

Study the effective of annealing on the structural and sensitivity properties for SnO2 thin films to CO2 Gas

open access: yesمجلة بغداد للعلوم, 2011
In this research thin films from SnO2 semiconductor have been prepared by using chemical pyrolysis spray method from solution SnCl2.2H2O at 0.125M concentration on glass at substrate temperature (723K ).Annealing was preformed for prepared thin film at (
