Progress of Immune‐Inducible Biomaterials for Post‐Ablation Cancers

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
The presence of residual tumors after ablative therapies poses a significant challenge, generally resulting in recurrence and metastases. This review offers a concise overview of immune‐inducible biomaterials from the perspective of the cancer‐immunity cycle, and how they enhance antitumor immunity through diverse mechanisms following ablative ...

Asymmetric dark matter from semi-annihilation

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2020
We show that a general semi-annihilation scenario, in which a pair of dark matter (DM) particles annihilate to an anti-DM, and an unstable state that can mix with or decay to standard model states, can lead to particle anti-particle asymmetry in the DM ...

Recent Advances in Wide‐Bandgap Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Ubiquitous defects predominately account for photo‐instability and open‐circuit voltage losses in wide‐bandgap perovskite solar cells (WBG PSCs). This review comprehensively presents the underlying impact mechanisms, summarizes the advanced optimization strategies across various functional layers and their interfaces to develop efficient and stable WBG

Mechanical Resonant Sensing of Spin Texture Dynamics in a 2D Antiferromagnet

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Detection of antiferromagnetic spin texture in a 2D magnetic crystal is achieved through nanomechanical resonators at radio frequencies. Sharp magnetic transitions that lead to abrupt changes in mechanical linear and nonlinear responses are assigned to antiferromagnetic domain motions.

Generation of two induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines from patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (IGIBi006-A and IGIBi008-A) carrying exonic deletions in the dystrophin gene

open access: yesStem Cell Research, 2022
Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is an X-linked recessive disorder with defect in dystrophin gene that shows features of degeneration of muscle tissue at an early age.

Controlled Formation of Skyrmion Bags

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This work demonstrates stabilization of complex magnetic skyrmion bags in ferromagnetic thin films through precisely engineered anisotropy defects using ion irradiation. The researchers achieve controlled field‐ and laser‐induced generation of skyrmionia, target skyrmions, and higher‐order skyrmion bags at room temperature. This reliable platform opens
