Continuum Robots in Surgery: From Engineering Design to Clinical Practice
The hyper‐redundant nature of continuum robot structures enables near‐infinite degrees of freedom leading to immense potential for medical applications. This review provides a historical background of continuum robots and novel ideas shaping their progress to current structural design, sensing technology, modeling techniques, and control methods.

Duodenal atresia with bilio-enteric fistula - An uncommon complication
The literature has documented associations between annular pancreas and duodenal atresia. Beyond the neonatal age-group, this condition hardly ever presents, unless there is aberrant contact between the stomach and distal duodenum.

A magnetic donut‐like millirobot is developed for label‐free pick‐and‐place of a tumor spheroid wirelessly controlled by a magnetic trap. Spheroids are important 3D multicellular culture systems that recapitulate key structural and functional features of native tissues.

HUGE PANCREATIC CALCIFICATIONS-----AN UNUSUAL CASE OF PANCREATIC DIVISUM
: The pancreas is located in the midline of the back of the abdomen, closely associated with the liver, stomach, and duodenum. The pancreas is an unusual gland because it has both endocrine and exocrine functions.

Pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) remains highly lethal with limited treatment options. This study demonstrates that coixenolide, a bioactive compound from Coix lacryma‐jobi L. and a key component of the clinically approved Kanglaite injection, exhibits enhanced antitumor efficacy in high‐fat diet (HFD)‐induced obese mice bearing PAAD tumors compared to

Rab1A Promotes Hepatic Steatosis by Suppressing Mitophagy via the Raf‐1/ERK1/2/PINK1 Signaling Axis
Why does fat accumulate in the liver? Our study reveals Rab1A as the molecular switch that silences the cell's mitochondrial cleanup crew. Turning Rab1A off reactivates mitophagy, clears excess fat, and reverses fatty liver disease in mice—offering a promising new therapeutic target for MASLD, a growing global health challenge.
