Advancing Tandem Organic Solar Cells With Ternary Acceptor Control for High‐Power Modules and Solar‐to‐Ammonia Conversion

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Tandem organic solar cells with optimized ternary acceptor engineering achieved a power conversion efficiency of 15.53% and enabled a high‐voltage mini‐module (Voc 6.11 V). Integration into a bias‐free PV‐EC system further demonstrated efficient solar‐to‐ammonia (STA) conversion (97% Faradaic Efficiency, 4± 2% STA efficiency), highlighting scalable ...

Anodic oxidation of nitrogen-implanted aluminium

open access: yes, 1989
A well-known surface modification process of aluminium is anodic oxidation. Further, in recent years, there has been a considerable interest in synthesizing aluminium nitrides by direct implantation in order to modify the tribological properties of ...

Universal Model for Local Anodic Oxidation Based on Surface Chemistry of Oxide Islands

open access: yes, 2011
We propose a new model for local anodic oxidation using atomic force microscopy (AFM), where surface chemistry is controlled through the voltage applied during the oxidation.

MXene Wrapped Magnetic Mesocrystals for Durable Redox Catalytic Cancer Therapy and Responsive MRI

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Conformal wrapping of ultrathin Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets on Fe3O4 mesocrystals creates topology‐stabilized Schottky junctions that direct photoinduced electron transfer under NIR irradiation. The unique architecture sustains Fenton catalysis, promotes continuous hydroxyl radical production, and provides photo‐responsive MRI contrast.

Toward Fast Proton Shuttling in Acidic Oxygen Evolution Reaction

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This review establishes proton transfer dynamics as a descriptor governing acidic OER activity, moving beyond the kinetic constraints derived from the proton coupled electron transfer. We discuss how deprotonation governs classical mechanisms, including adsorbate evolution mechanism (AEM), lattice oxygen mechanism (LOM) and oxide path mechanism (OPM ...

Voltammetric oxidation of dipyridamole in aqueous acid solutions

open access: yesJournal of the Brazilian Chemical Society, 2000
The electrochemical oxidation of dipyridamole (DIP) has been studied in acidified aqueous solutions at platinum electrodes employing cyclic voltammetry and controlled-potential electrolysis.
